Found an item cheaper elsewhere?

No problem. We pride ourselves on being as loyal to our customers as you are to us.

Therefore we will always do our absolute best to match or even beat a price that you have found elsewhere - providing it is from a recognised seller and the item is in stock.

We will however only match prices on a like for like basis;

Our price promise does not cover ex-demonstration, graded or refurbished stock.

If matching a price we will also match the service offered by the other seller, including their delivery and installation charges.

The matching product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 72 hours.

In these instances you might be asked to sign our price match terms and conditions, agreeing that you are aware that you will not receive aspects of Marsh’s premium service in order to secure a price match on a purchase.

The price match policy is only available prior to order completion and will not be applicable once the sale has taken place.

Statutory rights and obligations for returns and faulty appliances will not be affected.
