Service

We employ a number of engineers within our Dedicated Service Department who work on products both in and out of warranty.  If you purchase a product from us and it unfortunately becomes faulty under warranty we will ensure it is rectified and in most instances, we will come and collect it and return it to our service department.  If on inspection, the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

With Televisions subject to availability, we can even leave you with a loan set while yours is in for repair – all you have to do is contact us and we will take your details and take care of the rest.

Products not under warranty can also be repaired. Again, we can arrange collection of the product to have it bought into the workshop. If an item cannot be bought in for repair, such as a large television, washing machine or dishwasher, we will arrange for one of our home calling engineers to visit your home.
