Our web server does not automatically collect any information regarding yourself or your contact details, both postal and email. All information required must be provided by the visitor to complete an on-line purchase.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, and payment information.
The information we collect is entered into our company database which is held securely. Information must be collected, both by in-store customers and customers placing orders via our web site. We collect this information so we can keep track or all items sold – such as dates, quantities and prices. It is also a legal requirement that we keep contact details of all customers making a purchase in order to provide a warranty. Without any contact details, any products purchased will have STRICTLY no warranty.
If you make a purchase, you will be required to supply us with your full postal address. This will be used for no other purpose other than to deliver your item and to provide you with our high standard of backup and support service in the future. You will not receive any postal mailings from us.
Please also provide us with your full name and suitable contact number. Not having correct details on our database will lead to delays in orders placed, both via our web site and in store.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. This may include contact to discuss suitable delivery dates and times after successful completion of an order, a courtesy follow up call to ensure that you are satisfied with your order, and/or any issues that may prevent your order from being delivered in our preferred time.
Upon request we will provide all customers with access to all information that we maintain about them (e.g., customer numbers and personal contact details) and transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases).
